I am currently a Reporter and Weekend Weather Anchor at KHAS-TV, News 5 in Hastings, Nebraska. I report, shoot, and edit my packages. My stories range from investigative pieces, city concerns, feature stories, and everything in between. As far as weather, I create my own forecasts and graphics for the weekend show. I fill in for weather on weeknights and mornings often and have experience working for the different show atmospheres. I have covered severe weather numerous times, living in tornado alley. I currently work with Avid News-cutter, News King, and WSI for weather. I also have experience with Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Grassvalley, and more. I'm a Colorado native, originally from Franktown, CO. I've been working in Hastings, NE for about a year and a half. |
